I have a soft spot for food carts, so was pleased to see Global Fusion pop-up next to Locavore on 1st St. Tried the fried avocado tacos first time which was recommended when I asked what was spicy on the menu. And the Vietnamese sandwich with Salmon on the second go-around. Both entrees full of flavor with a unique twist on each. Price is right, diverse menu. Wish there was a better seating selection, but hey, it's a food cart. Counter help was hesitant, but Bethlyn comes through behind the scenes.

I stumbled upon their new restaurant location and WOW! So amazing. I asked for a recommendation from the people down the street at Humm Kombucha and couldn't be more pleased! I wish I lived in Bend so I could come here more often! The Thai coconut salad is some of the best restaurant food I've ever had!

Great food, awesome fried avacado tacos and fast service. Bethlyn is very creative with her recipes and you'll definitely find something new and interesting here. She recently relocated so it took some time to find her but when you make it here you'll love it!

I love this locally source food cart. They have great specials every day (go on Facebook to see what they are each day) and tasty menu items if the special isn't for you. You can't go wrong with the Jibaruto or their taco special on Thursday. If you're in a hurry, text them your order and they will have it ready when you show up.
